At Mana Earth, we take great care in preparing every order. Each product is carefully inspected before dispatch, sealed with a tamper-evident seal and securely packaged to help ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

Shipping

We currently deliver throughout South Africa using trusted courier partners.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier schedules. While we always aim to dispatch orders promptly, occasional delays outside our control may occur.

Returns & Replacements

We are happy to assist with returns or replacements where:

• You received the incorrect product.

• Your order arrived damaged during delivery.

• The tamper-evident seal was broken or compromised upon arrival.

• The product is defective or unsafe to use.

If you believe your order qualifies for a return or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return

Please email hello@manaearth.co.za and include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the product, tamper seal and packaging (where applicable)

We'll review your request promptly and advise you on the next steps.

Product Safety

Because our products are dietary supplements, we can only accept returns where the product remains unopened and the tamper-evident seal is intact, unless the product is defective or was supplied incorrectly.

This helps ensure the quality, safety and integrity of every product we provide.

Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we'll arrange either:

• A replacement product, or

• A refund to your original payment method, where appropriate.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, although the exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders can generally be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it will be subject to this Returns Policy.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Returns Policy limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
