We use The Courier Guy and PUDO for all deliveries.

How long is delivery?

Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days within South Africa.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, once your order ships, we provide a tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey.

What if I’m not home?

The courier will leave a card to reschedule or collect from a nearby PUDO point.

How do returns work?

Returns can be sent back via The Courier Guy or PUDO within 7 days.

Are there shipping costs?

Direct shipment and handling to your door is R100

Shipment & handling using pudo lockers are R80
